Summer Sizzler Registration

For students ages 10+

Week 1 - July 12-16; Week 2 - July 19-23; Week 3 - August 2-6; Week 4 - August 9-13

Each week of Summer Sizzler is $135.00, plus a materials fee of $30.00. Classes are from 9am to  5pm, with a lunch break.  Remember to bring a lunch, snack and a drink. We are located at 373 Harmon Field Road.  Doors will be open from 8:30am to 5:30pm for drop off and pick up in the parking lot at the front of the building.

Parents and students:  Tryon Arts and Crafts makes every effort to ensure your child’s safety. It is of the utmost importance that children pay close attention to instructors, interns and volunteers. Rough housing, rude behavior to instructors or other students, or failure to pay attention, will not be tolerated. This is for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. If a student fails to follow these rules, they will be given two verbal warnings about their behavior. If there is a third occurrence, the parent will be called to pick up their child. Please note that there will be no tuition refund and the student will be dismissed from the program.

Furthermore, I, as parent/grandparent/guardian, and my child agree to hold Tryon Arts & Crafts, its employees and volunteers harmless in case of accident. Tryon Arts & Crafts has permission to seek medical help should my child become injured and I or my designated contact cannot be reached by phone.

Things parents and students need to know:

• Students must be 10 or older

• Payment may be made by cash, check or charge (we accept Discover, Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal

• Checks should be made out to Tryon Arts & Crafts

• Tuition is $135.00 per week

• Payment is due with registration. We cannot hold spaces without payment.

• A materials fee of $30 is due at registration.

• Please report to the Tryon Arts and Crafts office at the beginning of the first day of each week.

• Remember to bring a lunch, snack and a drink

• We have a refrigerator available for students’ lunches, snacks and beverages

• Students should wear clothing and shoes that are suitable for working/crafting (sometimes messy)

• Program hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm with drop off and pick up from 8:30-9:00am and 5:00-5:30pm.
