1st Annual Tryon Arts and Crafts Fall Festival
Exhibitor Rules and General Information
Where: Tryon Arts & Crafts (TAC) Campus, 373 Harmon Field Road, Tryon, NC
Dates/Times: Friday, Oct. 17 4–6 pm,
Saturday, Oct. 18 10 am – 8 pm,Sunday, Oct. 19 Noon-5 pm
Set-Up Time: Must be completely set-up and vehicles out of area by 1 hour before opening each day.
Break-down: No break-down before close time on each day. Violators will not be invited
to participate in future events.
Application must be postmarked by September 12, 2008
1. All exhibitor’s fee are non-refundable. TAC will have a festival RAIN or SHINE.
2. All exhibitor’s are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tent. Signage, garbage bags, etc.
3. A tent is required and must be properly secured to the ground.
4. Exhibitors will be assigned booth location based on first-come, first-served basis.
5. Signage is required. You are encouraged to have or make a sign identifying your organization.
6. Arts and crafts items must be handmade and approved by TAC jury committee. Demonstration of crafts is encouraged.
7. All booths are to be set-up 1 hour before opening and kept open until closing time each day of the event. Arriving after opening could result in forfeiture of booth space for that day. Vehicles are to be removed from unloading area before opening.
8. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter or leave the festival area between opening and closing of the event.
9. All spaces must be cleaned and garbage cleared at the end of each day.
10. TAC reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors selling similar items. Priority will be given to the order in which applications were received.
11. Only adults over 18 years of age are allowed to operate the exhibitors booth.
12. The Fire Department will do a safety inspection of each booth requiring electric.
Any free standing objects must be tightly secured.
13. No pets are allowed on the festival grounds.
14. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights.
